As Real As A Dream

How I see you—

I glanced and glued

Eyes fixed on the surface of your skin

It’s impeccable, spotless, unsullied

Oh, perfection

Caressing me as I realized my deficiency

I’ve surpassed this invalid gaiety

How I see us—

Our hands hold and provoke our seventh sense

Hurdling the beats that thwart us

It’s as real as a dream
