cosmos

the bones are energies

of the dusk

motioning to me

speeding with time

as the next night

gorge in obscurity

and the world is

a space of darkness

while i am waiting

for the slumber to

settle on my heavy eyes

i dart outside and sense

the souls of the universe

my sleepy eyes are

interrupted with the

wide and glimmering

earth of God

i may not be one of them

but a solid onlooker

like a fan of an actor

i lend my worship
