telling us what truth that hurts

I only know what it means to love

for there are hundred ways to feel

how wonderful it is and loving is great

I met you and you fell in love

this love of love is so contained

then the partings and it was so

We breathe the same air

this separation is grief

you cried on desperate nights

Again and again you have longed

the past is harder to forget

memories are frozen on photographs

You are like rain apart from my ground

in the sky you hide on clouds

until you suddenly pour on my skin

Together we are in dreams

together we wake up in reality

telling us what truth that hurts

“You are like rain apart from my ground
in the sky you hide on clouds
until you suddenly pour on my skin” 🙂
