ending in parted ways & deprived cinema (not a valentine)

big fire of argument
sparks between the
lovers’ mouths
upsetting each other
like world war 1

seated in silence
and sleep is every eyes
the very essence of
their whereabouts is
not a valentine

in the midst of
childish sentiments
their disagreement is
not a result of
better talks

the day is spoiled
ending in parted ways
and deprived cinema

This reminds me of my Valentine’s day like 5 years ago haha. Oh and just wanted to point out in case you didn’t want to do this but, “and sleep is every eyes.” I’m not sure but I was assuming you wanted it to be “sleep in every eye.”

    • Hi Jack. So your 5-year-ago valentine must have a very memorable story to tell, haha…
“sleep is every eyes”— i really made this up, meaning “when lovers become sleepy in a boring date” haha…hope you have a good valentine this year! Thanks for dropping-by again 🙂

I usually stuff up my day and every special day for the last six months., Still doing well with this one, but the day is young. Love is strong as we make it.

  3. How many valentines days I have had like this. What horrible memories! They make me thankful for the wonderful man by my side now.
