clever notes on the fridge
they tell a brain of
the enemies and
the details are clear
zone and maps of
of ruined cities
our fences electrified
where flying moths die
and hands of the savages burn
this isolation is oblivion
where secret codes
we have foreign names
like chemistry symbols
on plastic charts
Great line, “We have foreign names like Chemistry symbols on plastic charts.”
Altogether, great poem. Crisp and enjoyable.
Last three lines – oh dear, so good.
This got to be so great! Wonderful lines, genuine messages.
