Shards

I put the lights
in my eyes like
the orange sun
of the April noon.

Leaving me on a
tapestry of
another solid
hour of being
intimately alone.

My sanity has
a cycle of this
and that, only
myself knows how
to stop and how
to begin.

I drop in pieces
of tiny red and
green, those tiny
me are parts that
have been broken.

I am finally broken.
I am finally broken.

Parts of me are
everywhere,

and everywhere is
where my parts are.
