Play In The Sand

I
play in the
sand

of
the oriental
ocean.

My
feet are
tucked

in
the pocket of
the

rough,
black
grains.

The
ebbs of the
tide

are
life in
waters.

At
the far
horizon

are
tiny ships
like

kites
of mankind.

  1. “Ships like kites” is a great line in a great poem!

  2. Erica Herd says:

Neat and a complete little world you’ve conjured for us.

  3. WaltR says:

This is simple yet it’s got a good story I enjoyed this.
