Saving Myself

What a clumsy I am.
I fractured a quintessential
doctrine, a tradition of the
greater number,

of this orb,
of where I live,
of where I toil.

What must be done?

An apology to utter?
A concluding exit?
An exile to a far place?
To change, then to disremember?

Let me examine.
Let me inspect.
Let me contemplate.
