fly

wet ground,
a flight on air,
feet cease to walk,
to stride, to jump.

higher, causing
a sigh, a tight breath,
away from the intolerance
of freedom.

eyes see closely
the tip of the sunrise,
the tides below are little
motions of feast and prance.
